Founded in 1994, we are a comprehensive mental health private practice supporting adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families in the greater Chesterfield, Virginia area.
John P. Dwyer, Ph.D.
Dr. Dwyer is a founding partner of the Meridian Group of Chesterfield and has been practicing clinical psychology for more than 30 years. He specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and provides individual and family therapy from a developmental perspective in treatment of individuals of all ages.
David L. Epstein, Psy.D.
Dr. Epstein has been practicing clinical psychology since he was licensed in 2009. He specializes in individual psychotherapy with older adolescents and adults who present with a variety of problems.
Melissa Davis Findlay, LCSW
Ms. Findlay has practiced in the Richmond area since 1994. She has a multifaceted practice, but children and adolescents, divorce related issues, and trauma are often a large part of her cases.
Julianne Luck, MSW
Ms. Luck is a Resident in Counseling who works with adolescents, adults, and seniors to help them overcome issues with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma.
Catherine Medina, LCSW
Ms. Medina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has practiced in the greater Richmond area since 2008.
Elizabeth A. Novak, LCSW
Ms. Novak has been practicing as a clinical social worker since 2004. In 2006 she joined the Meridian Group, where she treats adults with a wide variety of concerns.
Jill Sexton-Newton, LPC
Ms. Sexton-Newton has provided outpatient, crisis counseling and assessment services for over 27 years. She joined the Meridian Group in the fall of 2018.
